Randy Gaynor, MD


Anesthesia services for Dr. Delgado’s surgical patients have been provided by Randy Gaynor, MD since Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center first opened in 2001.

After attaining all-star fame playing football for Lowell High School in San Francisco, Dr. Gaynor went on to graduate from Stanford University and Michigan State University School of Medicine. He returned home to San Francisco to take a residency in Surgery at University of California Medical Center. After two years, he changed his focus to Anesthesia and completed his residency in that area. He has been certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology since 1987. Following ten years of hospital experience, Dr. Gaynor has elected to practice anesthesia exclusively in outpatient office surgery centers such as Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center since 1995.

A native of San Francisco, Dr. Gaynor has resided with his family in Marin County since the late 1980’s. He is an experienced abalone diver and scuba diving enthusiast and has toured much of North America by motorcycle.

Brittany Lichliter

Patient Coordinator

Brittany, who is originally from a small town in Northern Virginia, moved to San Francisco in May 2015. She attended college at Radford University and earned a B.S in Communications of Sciences and Disorders with a minor degree in Psychology. Brittany’s passion is in the plastic surgery industry having worked as a Patient Coordinator for 4 years and continuing. She loves to talk and educate patients on their procedure of interest which she finds ultimately to be life changing! Her interests outside of work include hiking, trying new restaurants, and traveling. She’s very excited to be part of the team and looks forward to being part of your transformation!

Jackie Stroebe

Patient Coordinator Assistant

Jackie is a native of California. She was born in Long Beach, moved to Northern California in 1980, and has been a Northern California girl ever since. She is the proud mother of two beautiful children. After many years of teaching, she decided it was time for a change, and in 2015, she was delighted to join our team. Jackie enjoys working with our patients, and assisting them throughout their experience in acquiring their individual goals. She is quite fond of cooking, boating, and swimming, and she loves the ocean. Her favorite past time is spending time with her family and friends.

Meriah Hernandez

Front Office Manager

Originally from Southern California, Meriah followed her family when relocating to the North Bay and now resides in Sonoma County. She has always enjoyed the medical field. Her military service in the United States Army provided her with a lot of experience, she was then hired as the Battalion Medical Liaison and served a total of eight years. When Meriah was offered the position with Marin Cosmetic Surgery she was overjoyed! She is truly thrilled to be a part of Dr. Delgado’s amazing staff. She is so happy to be part of a team that is genuinely focused on patient care. Coming from a big family of five, she enjoys spending spare time with family and friends. The outdoors are always a pleasure for her as well as exploring new places.


Patient Coordinator

Wendy was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois and moved to Phoenix, Arizona following graduation from high school. She attended Southwestern Preparatory School for Medical Assisting. Wendy found her passion in the Front Office/ Management aspect. After doing an internship in General Surgery she was hired and remained employed at the practice for 12 years. Wendy relocated to the San Francisco Bay area and began working in the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery field. She has been a surgical coordinator, office manager and is currently a part-time patient coordinator for Dr. Delgado.

Wendy has been a member of Dr. Delgado’s team since 2005. Her interests are cooking and entertaining, gardening, boating and being anywhere near the ocean. She is an avid traveler and has a passion for working out as much as she can! Wendy is also the President/CEO of a General Contracting, Plumbing and Electrical Company. She is also involved in “Stella and Dot” Jewelry line as a stylist.


Liz Ferguson

Administrative Services

Originally raised and schooled in the San Francisco Bay area, Liz went to Barcelona, Spain in 1987 to attend the Escuela Official de Idiomas to study Spanish and Catalan languages. Liz continued her education earning a B.A. in Legal Studies at U.C. Berkeley and a certificate in Legal/Court Interpreting for English/Spanish from SFSU College of Extended Learning. After several years of freelance Interpreting Liz began work as a Medical Receptionist at a very busy practice in Mill Valley, California.
Currently Liz is enjoying a peaceful lifestyle with her husband and daughter in Marin, California. Liz joined Dr. Delgado’s team in 2011 with over five years of medical reception experience. She loves meeting new patients and is happy to answer question and interpret for our Spanish speaking clients.

Ariel Kirk, RN, CANS, LMA

Registered Nurse/ Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist/ Licensed Medical Aesthetician

As a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS), Ariel is certified in her field of nursing and has passed the rigorous CANS Exam. She exceeds the minimum requirements required to sit for the exam, including: practice hours, nursing experience and working in two of the core specialties, Plastic Surgery and Dermatology. She is an advanced practice Ultherapist, is considered an expert in Ultherapy and performs all of the Ultherapy treatments in our office. Additionally, she is a Clinical Educator for Ulthera and travels to train other practices. Ariel is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgical Nurses and Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists.

Ariel works with Dr. Delgado to deliver the highest standard of minimally and non-invasive treatments customized to meet each patients goal. She has received extensive training in cosmetic Neurotoxins and fillers through Allergan, Medicis and Merz Aesthetic, and is highly skilled at injecting: Botox, Dysport, Juvederm, Restalyne, Perlane, Belotero, Voluma and Radiesse. She commonly incorporates medical grade skin peels, Ultherapy, Intense Pulse Light, Nd:YAG and laser resurfacing. Ariel finds her job very rewarding and specializes in combining a variety of treatment techniques to yield a conservative and restored look.


Circulating and Recovery Nurse

Carol A. Gordon has been an RN since 1976. 30 years of this was spent at Marin General Hospital. She has a nursing degree from College of Marin and a bachelor’s degree from Saint Mary’s College. Carol has been a resident of Marin County for 48 years and graduated from Terra Linda High School. She enjoys her horses, dog and husband. (Not in that order depending on the day)! Carol retired from full time work in August 2007. She has worked part time as a member of Dr. Delgado’s staff from May 2001 to date.

She is also a former satisfied patient. Her background includes; post anesthesia care, out patient surgery, endoscopy and minor surgery. At Dr. Delgado’s office her primary role is recovery nurse and OR circulating nurse. Carol enjoys her work and working with all of Dr. Delgado’s staff. As she calls it her “fun job”, she truly enjoys her work and the other staff members.

Lorie Janes

Director of Nursing and Aesthetic Nurse Specialist

Lorie is a registered nurse with over fifteen years of experience that includes ICU, monitored care/cardiac care, staff and patient educator and administrative nursing. For the past ten years she has been involved with Aesthetic Nursing in the areas of lasers, injectables and cosmetic surgery. Lorie is currently the Director of Nursing at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center and assists him in the operating room as a circulating/recovery room nurse. Lorie has completed training and continues to participate in advanced training in the areas of Botox, Dysport, Juvederm, Restalyne, Perlane, Sculptra, Artefill and Radiesse. Laser hair removal, Intense Pulsed Light therapies, Yag laser and Fractional CO2 laser are also part of Lorie’s expertise.
Lorie loves to read and take hikes with her golden retriever, Watson. She is very involved with her children’s schools, PTA, and fundraising. Lorie bikes, skis, snorkels and travels when she can find the time. One of her favorite places to visit is the little fishing village in Mexico where her mother-in-law lives.

April Goldman

Registered Nurse

April K. Goldman has enjoyed being a native of California. April was born in San Francisco, California and raised in Marin County by a Norwegian mother and a San Franciscan father. She studied Biological Science at University of California Santa Barbara, with an emphasis on pre-medical biology. April attended the reputable College of Marin Nursing program.

April Goldman, RN is proud to a part of the Marin Cosmetic Surgery team. She knows that at MCSC she is working with colleagues who operate with the same goal of delivering the highest quality care. Her passion for nursing translates to exceptional, conscientious care. It has been a life-long priority and passion to help others. Whether practicing nursing, teaching Pilates exercise programs or doing therapeutic massage with injured patients; April consistently works to help others with optimum skills and expertise. She loves to travel and someday would like to assist Doctors without Borders as a Registered Nurse.

Janice Nunez

Marketing Assistant

A native Californian, Janice has worked in plastic surgery for a total of 18 years, with many adventures in between.

After 6 years of working for Dr. Delgado as his Patient Coordinator/Office Manager, Janice retired with her husband to their dream home on the beach in the Bahamas in 2009…or so she thought. Dr. Delgado found multiple marketing projects that allowed her to continue to work from her new home. She states she now has the best of both worlds, living in paradise but continues to be involved with Dr. Delgado’s practice. She loves the opportunity to contribute to an exciting practice that remains on the cutting edge of what is happening in plastic surgery.

When not sitting at her computer with a view of the Caribbean Ocean, Janice enjoys swimming, snorkeling, gardening and traveling.

Yelena Itliong

Surgical Technician

Yelena became a Certified Surgical Technologist in 2003. She worked at Georgetown Hospital in Washington, D.C. and Saint John’s Hospital, Santa Monica, CA. Yelena has also been a part of private plastic surgery centers in Santa Monica and Beverly Hills, CA. She specializes in a variety of surgical specialties, including plastic, vascular, ENT, oncology and pediatrics, among others. After taking a few years off to care for her two beautiful children, Yelena is now very excited to be a part of Dr. Delgado’s team!
